21 Ways to Use Pork Sausage

What do you think of when someone mentions sausage?  Most people think
"breakfast", such as eggs and sausage/pancakes and sausage, sausage
gravy, or maybe even a quiche.
Well, I'm here to tell you that there are many, many ways to use
sausage!  First, let me tell you about Elm Run Farms' pork sausage...
Our pigs are raised on green pastures, with plenty of fresh air and
sunshine, and plenty of space to do piggy things like root and dig.  We
don't use any hormones or steroids to make them grow bigger/faster.  Nor
do we use any antibiotics to keep them healthy...the fresh air,
sunshine, and a bit of apple cider vinegar in their water help with
that.  Our sausage is made with salt, pepper, and a tiny bit of our very
own maple sugar...no nitrates or preservatives, fillers, or ingredients
you can't pronounce.  You can't get any cleaner than that!
If you're attempting to think of ways to use it, read on for some inspiration!
Some of these are links to my own recipes, but most are simply ideas to
jog your thinking.  If you like to cook and are comfortable in the
kitchen, you can make them your own recipes.  If you're one that doesn't
cook without a recipe, you can use google to find tons of them.
